This virtual workshop provides an overview of conflict resolution using the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict modes, including a mini-lecture with the use of PowerPoint slides to highlight the best practices of conflict resolution and specific strategies to use. The presentation will include current theory and opportunities for participants to discuss with group feedback. Participants will be made more aware of their primary mode and how to effectively manage conflicts.

Inez Tuck, EdD, RN, FAAN, ANEF

Inez Tuck is an RN with graduate degrees in nursing and related fields. She has been a faculty member and administrator in nursing education for over 40 years. During that time, she has offered many workshops in her area of expertise as a planner and presenter. She has offered the workshop on this topic for several years as well as served as the faculty for an NLN webinar. She has consulted on this topic with nursing colleagues and corporate peers as well. She has gained knowledge on this topic as part of her MBA and MN degree programs as well as professional continuing education.
